Forestry employment opportunities
You will find a range of roles in different parts of the Calon yn Tyfu co-operative. We create forestry employment at our sawmill, where we make timber cladding and framing timber. In addition, we offer opportunities working in the woods and in administration.
We are looking for people with clear communication skills for all our forestry employment roles. People who work well in teams, are creative and also willing to take on responsibility to help the co-operative to develop.

Paid roles
We work to upskill and train local people as part of our team. Training and employing workers in a wide variety of forestry skills is important to us. Therefore, we need people with these skills to work in our timber merchant business and woodlands.

Voluntary roles
We always have opportunities for people who want to get involved in a less formal way, alongside our paid positions.
The co-operative has a range of opportunities available for volunteers. These opportunties will suit people with varying skills and physical abilities.
